1- If you don't receive our products for any reasons like ( delay of the delivery, you were not home for important reasons you had, you found any problems with the orders during the receiving process), we will refund all your money.
2- After you received your order and found any problems with the ingredients and proved it, of course we refund your money and offer another free meal you choose.
3- If you didn't get the output you expected after cooking the meal you ordered because of any problem from our side, we offer to refund 50% of your money.
4-you want to cancel your order, you need to contact us through the email with the meal you register on our website and you also need to send the number of the order before 6:00 AM morning to confirm your cancellation
